Shipping & Handling

Please Be Advised: Due to COVID-19 USPS is experiencing unprecedented delays. Shipping times may be extended. 

Currently, Sour Sentiments only ships domestically to all 50 states, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO. Regulatory and/or legal restrictions may prohibit shipments to certain areas.  

Sour Sentiments reserves the right to cancel any order. In the event we have to cancel an order, we will notify you and you will receive a full refund.

Orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive an email confirming your order after the transaction has been verified and processed. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order.

Shipping and delivery dates are based on the availability of the items. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of merchandise purchased.

All transit times are business, not calendar days unless otherwise specified. Shipments of in stock items usually take 1-2 calendar days to process and ship. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed; therefore, please plan accordingly.

Returns & Refunds

At Sour Sentiments we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If by chance your experience was not what you hoped, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. When you receive your order please inspect your items carefully. Sour Sentiments will only issue refunds for defective merchandise or an order fulfillment error. Items must be returned in new condition with its original packaging intact. Merchandise must be returned within 14 calendar days after receipt to qualify for a full refund.*

No refunds will be issued after 14 calendar days. Send returned merchandise with the included return form to:

Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be processed within 3 weeks of receipt.
*Sour Sentiments reserves the right to deny any refund.

Defective Merchandise   

If you receive merchandise from Sour Sentiments that is defective or damaged during shipment, please contact us, return the defective item within 14 calendar days of receipt, and we will replace it or issue a refund.

Missing Items

If your order is missing an item contact us at customersupport@soursentiments.com within 14 calendar days of receipt and we will supply the missing item. Please check your shipping confirmation email first. Some orders may ship in multiple shipments.

Changes or Modifications

Contact us immediately if you need to make changes or cancel your order. Once your order has reached our processing center, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Non-refundable Merchandise

We are unable to issue refunds for certain merchandise (i.e. greeting cards, candy, and food stuffs) due to their fragile or perishable nature.

We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. We have partnered with leading third-party payment processors such as PayPal, Stripe, and Google Wallet to accept payments safely and securely for our customers. Our payment processing partners manage complex encrypting and routing of sensitive customer information through secured credit card processing networks and adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

  • Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
  • Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.

Payment data is never retained by us (Sour Sentiments LLC.) but is temporarily held by our payment processors only as long as necessary to complete the purchase transaction.

Please note: Third-party payment processors have their own established policies with respect to the information we're required to provide to them to complete purchase transactions. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these payment processors and recommend that you become familiar with their policies and practices.

Any personal information retained by us  (e.g. name, address, email) is for the specific purpose of completing  purchase transactions and to inform our customers of special promotions and products that may be of interest to them.

We only disclose customer information to our third-party providers as necessary to allow them to complete the services they provide to us. We never sell, trade, or divulge your personal information.

Personal information is kept secure using industry standard best practices such as secure socket layer technology (SSL) and encryption.
